Internal devices for oil and gas production equipment are designed to intensify the separation of gas, oil, produced water and mechanical impurities at oil and gas production plants. Internal devices qualitatively improve and intensify separation processes.

Internal devices are developed and manufactured according to TU 28.99.39-014-20676863-2017.

  • an equalising baffle (PV) designed to equalise the velocity of the working medium phases and stabilise the hydro- and/or gas-dynamic regime inside the apparatus;
  • coalescing device (KU), designed to intensify the process of oil emulsion separation into oil and produced water;
  • thin-layer shelf packing (TPN), designed to intensify processes of oil and (or) produced water sedimentation;
  • steaming device (PU), designed for periodic steaming of internal devices and apparatus;
  • string eliminator (SK), designed for cleaning gas at the outlet of the device from liquid droplets.

Examples of internal device designs

The internal devices are assembled constructions consisting of a frame in which cassettes with special coalescing elements (KU, TPN, SK), or perforated sheets or grids (PV), or a perforated pipe system (PP) are installed.

The warranty period is at least 18 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 24 months after dispatch from the manufacturer. Designated service life is 15 years.
