The block compressor units are designed to compress associated petroleum and natural gas to the required pressure, to cool the gas and to separate liquids released during the compression and cooling process.
The block compressor unit is completed with compressor units produced by Russian or foreign manufacturers (as required by customer), gas separators, filters, gas and oil cooling system, monitoring and control system, piping, shutoff valves, instrumentation and control devices.
The compressor station can be located in a box shelter or on an open frame and is manufactured in various designs and configurations depending on the customer's requirements.
The shelter units are equipped with lifting devices, electric or water heating system, lighting, ventilation, gas control and fire alarm sensors.
If two, three or more compressor units are required in the units, the units are combined into a single production building.
