Fire extinguishing pump stations

CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE

The fire extinguishing pumping station is intended for supplying water and foam solution to the fire-fighting network of the oil production facilities. Capacity and completeness of the station is determined by the project for oil production facilities. Manufacturing is performed in accordance with the customer's technical requirements.

The fire extinguishing pumping station is completed with the following equipment: 

• pump units for water supply 1D 200-90;
• pump units for water circulation in fire line 1K80-50-200;
• pump units for foam extinguishing CNS 105-98;
• pump units to supply solution to the tank of foaming agent NMsh-5-25-4/4b-1;
• fire dosing tanks for storing and dosing the foam generator V=5 m3 (2 pcs.);
• imported pump units and automated pump units;
• water collector and solution pipes collector with shutoff valves;
• leakage collection system from pumps and drains;
• set of automatics and instrumentation.

The building of the fire-extinguishing pumping station consisting of block-boxes shall be equipped with lifting devices, electric or water heating system, lighting, ventilation, gas control, and fire alarm sensors. The fire extinguishing pumping station can be located in a block box and is manufactured in a variety of designs and configurations depending on the Customer's requirements.

At the request of the customer the pumping units can be equipped with control and signaling devices.

Pumping fire extinguishing stations can also be made according to the completed projects.

The unit is collapsible and delivered in modules with 100% factory readiness.
