Block equipment for associated petroleum gas (APG), flare gases
The equipment is designed individually for each field. It allows to receive treated gas, extract and recover heavy hydrocarbons (gas condensate, LPG) and send them to GPP/NPP for further processing, while the remaining gas (mainly C1 and partially C2+) can be either compressed to CNG or used for power generation directly at the field.

 Typical skid capacity: 100~3000 nm³/h

At new fields, where wells are not connected by pipelines, the amount of first gas may be small.  Instead of flaring gas, we suggest using a mobile skid for gas gathering and treatment. Plug and play fabrication allows it to be installed and moved to new wells

 APG Up to 15,000 Nm³/d - in CNG, from 15 to 100 Nm³/d - in LNG

Gas treatment as fuel and for liquefaction
Dehydration
2 methods: on molecular sieves, TEG dehydration
Desulfurization
“Dry” - 3 methods: with dry adsorbent, dry oxidation (Claus), adsorption on activated carbon
“Wet” - 2 methods: Absorption and oxidation method
CO2 removal - 2 methods: CCA method, amine treatment
Removal of mercaptans
2 methods: Sulfinyl process, hydrogen process.
NGL extraction
4 methods: mixed refrigerant, propane refrigeration, expansion refrigeration, composite refrigeration

Gas generation equipment
Supplied in combination with mobile gas treatment units. The capacity of one unit is 200 kW ~ 1 mW. By combining several units, we get a gas power station for supplying energy to users, with its own control system.
The output voltage range is 400V, 460V, 600V, 10.5KV/11KV, etc. The heat of exhaust gas is utilized for energy saving purpose.
Micro and mini LNG plants

Micro and mini LNG plants
Micro LNG plant

  Capacity 1100-3500 m³/hour.
The plant is made entirely on skids, which ensures fast delivery and installation time

Mini LNG plant

 Capacity 3 500 - 88 200 m³/hour. Designed using MRC technology (mixed refrigerant)
LNG plant solutions are used for gas treatment and removal of various impurities.
