Mobile oil treatment units (MUPN) are designed for collection and treatment of oil production wells by providing deep dehydration, desalting, reduction of oil vapor elasticity and achieving the required quality of commercial oil and discharged formation water for further transportation.
MUPN is applied at the fields from the stage of well exploration to obtaining finished products. The units make possible obtaining production at the initial stages of field operation, and do not require complex projects and construction permits.
MUPN is designed in such a way that it is possible to increase its capacity by adding new equipment both at transition to the next stage, as the field liquid productivity grows, and by increasing the functionality within each stage, depending on changes in the quality of incoming products, changes in the requirements for produced water, APG, marketable oil.
MUPN is easy to move and to assemble inter-unit pipelines
It is possible to expand the IORP without stopping the flow of products from the field.
