Mobile filtration unit (UMF)

Mobile filtration unit (hereinafter referred to as UMF) is designed for purification of recovered water solutions of ethanolamines: monoethanolamines (MEA), diethanolamines (DEA), triethanolamines (TEA), methyldiethanolamines (MDEA) or their mixtures as well as other non-aggressive technical (technological) fluids (such as surface, formation, produced water, industrial-stormwater) used in chemical processing systems of oil and gas processing and oil production enterprises.

The UMF can be used to remove:

- soluble degradation products (resins) from regenerated water solutions of ethanolamines (depending on the number of purification stages);

- solid mechanical impurities and particles with a size of 0,01 to 0,5 mm from the working liquid, while the maximum inlet impurity concentration must not exceed 200 mg/dm³;

- oil and petroleum products with a concentration at the inlet to the unit not exceeding 40 mg/dm³ (depending on the number of purification stages).

Designation of the unit, filtration efficiency and composition of technological equipment included in the unit is determined by the conditions of the Customer's Technical Assignment, but within the requirements and parameters specified in this Technical Specification.

Climatic modification Y1 and ХЛ1 in accordance with GOST 15150 with ambient operating temperature:

- for У1 - from minus 40 оС to plus 40 ^оС;

- for ХЛ1 - from minus 60 оС to plus 40 ^оС.

where 2 - number of technological lines, chosen from the range 1, 2, 4;

5- capacity, m3 /h, selected from a range of values (see table 1);

1,0 - design pressure, MPa, selected from the range of values 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0;

3 - number of purification stages, 1, 2 or 3;

А- way of placement on a road trailer (or semi-trailer); Т- on a tractor trailer (or semi-trailer); Р- on a frame- base; B- in a block box;

У1 - climatic modification and placement category according to GOST 15150.

The requirements of these specifications are binding for the manufacturer of this type of equipment.
