Oil pumping station (SNN)

Equipment components          

The pump station is equipped with CNSan, NCS, GDM, PM, OPS or foreign produced pump units, filters, piping, shutoff valves, instrumentation and control.

The oil pumping station can be located in a box shelter and on an open frame; it is manufactured in different design and configuration depending on the Customer's requirements.

These units are equipped with hoisting mechanisms, electric or water heating system, lighting, ventilation, gas control and fire alarm sensors. Additional equipment of pump units with control and signalling devices is optional on Customer's request.

Oil pumping stations are completed with modules 9х3х2,95m, 6х3х2,95m depending on the dimensions of the pump units and their number.

If accommodation of two, three or more pumping units in blocks is required, the units are combined into a single production building.

     7000 – pump unit capacity, m³/day;

     3 – number of pump units in the station, pcs;

     14000 – pump unit capacity, m³/day;

     ХЛ1 – climatic version (–60⁰С÷+40⁰С).
