Designed for: Automated heaters are meant to heat oil, oil emulsions, gas, formation water, intermediate heat transfer fluid, process and heating water at field preparation and transportation complexes and/or primary oil preparation facilities.

Types: The heater is available in single-circuit and double-circuit versions (with one or two coils) for heating oil emulsion and fresh water. It can operate on natural or associated gas, liquid fuel (crude oil, fuel oil, and diesel fuel).

The following types are available:

AMZH — a type of heater designed to operate on natural or associated gas and liquid fuel (crude oil, fuel oil, and diesel fuel),

A — when operating only on natural or associated gas,

AZh — when operating only on liquid fuel.

Equipment composition: Heaters consist of a tank, coils (one or two), a furnace, a burner device, and a chimney.

Heaters are supplied on a frame base complete with a liquid fuel preparation unit (if necessary), a fan unit, and an automation system.
Track heater PP-0.63A

 Track heaters are manufactured in the following types: PP-0.63A, PP-0.63AZ, PP-0.63AMZH.
PP-0.63A - heater type for operation on natural or associated gas;
PP-0.63AZh - a type of heater designed to operate on liquid fuel (crude oil, fuel oil, and diesel fuel);
PP-0.63MAZh - a type of heater designed to operate on natural or associated gas and liquid fuel (crude oil, fuel oil, and diesel fuel) .
PP-0.63A furnaces are manufactured as single-circuit and double-circuit (with one or two coils) for heating oil emulsion and fresh water.
The PP-0.63A heater is a fully factory-ready product in complete assembly (see Figure 1), consisting of the following main assembly units:

- Fan unit block ;
- Frame (sledge) - base;
- Heater housing ;
- Coil ;
- Furnace ;
- Chimney ;
- Fuel gas preparation cabinet with gas piping ;
- Burner device ;
- Expansion tank ;
- Liquid fuel preparation cabinet for liquid fuel heaters (not shown).

The heater is equipped with an automation system (AS) designed for remote ignition of burner devices, regulation of technological parameters of the oil heating process, issuance of working and emergency alarms, and automatic protection of the heater in case of deviation from the norm of controlled parameters.

 PNPT-1.6 track heater
PNPT-1.6 track heaters can operate on natural or associated gas, liquid fuel (crude oil, fuel oil, and diesel fuel).

The PNPT-1.6 heater is a fully factory-assembled product  consisting of the following main assembly units:

- Fan unit block;
- Frame (sledge) – base;
- Heater housing;
- Coil;
- Furnace;
- Chimney;
- Fuel gas preparation cabinet with gas piping;
- Burner device.

The heater is equipped with an automation system (AS) designed for remote ignition of burner devices, regulation of technological parameters of the oil heating process, issuance of working and emergency alarms, and automatic protection of the heater in case of deviation from the norm of controlled parameters.

PP-4V Track Heater
PP-4V track heaters can operate on natural or associated gas, liquid fuel (crude oil, fuel oil, and diesel fuel).
The PP-4V heater is a fully factory-ready product in complete assembly (see Figure 5), consisting of the following main assembly units:
- Fan unit blocks;
- Frame (sledge) – base;
- Heater housing;
- Coil;
- Burners;
- Chimneys;
- Fuel gas preparation cabinet with gas piping;
- Burner devices.

Electrical equipment and control devices are:
- factory-made;
- suitable for the climate in accordance with GOST 15150-69 “Machines, devices, and other technical products. Versions for different climatic regions. Categories, operating conditions, storage, and transportation in terms of the impact of external environmental factors.”
Power electrical equipment, as well as protective measures (grounding), comply with the requirements of the current regulatory documents of the Russian Federation.
Automation - the complex is equipped with measuring instruments and a system for monitoring and recording technological parameters, sensors, cable control and power wiring, cable racks and trays, terminal boxes, cable marking tags, measuring instruments, sensors, etc. 
The system ensures that the technological process is carried out in automatic mode and that the necessary metrological requirements for uniformity of measurements and accounting operations are met. The LSU is designed in a climate-protected cabinet version with an uninterruptible power supply and is located on the heater frame.
The automation devices and equipment ensure:
- safe operation in accordance with the rules and regulations in force in the Russian Federation;
- operability in the climatic conditions of the region of installation. 
All KIPiA sensors have 4-20 mA output signals and dry contact relay outputs.
