Their main purpose is to implement the entire technological chain: from receiving productive fluid from the well to preparing hydrocarbon raw materials for transportation or delivery. The complexes and installations can handle a wide range of tasks, including phase separation (oil, gas, water), preliminary separation and filtration, thermal processing, accurate flow measurement, quality control, and well maintenance.
All equipment is designed with a high degree of automation, energy efficiency, environmental safety, and adaptability to various climatic conditions in mind.
The range includes the following types of plants and complexes:
- Automated discharge phase separators (KDFT-A)– designed for well production preparation processes. KDFT-A units are used at oil, gas, and water collection and preparation facilities.
- Preliminary water discharge units (UPSV) – designed for the preparation of oil emulsion, they separate and dehydrate oil and separate formation water. Gas can be discharged for further use or disposal.
- High-capacity mobile UPSV units – similar in function to stationary units, but with the added benefits of mobility and rapid deployment.
- Mobile preliminary water discharge unit (PKIOS)– designed for automated measurement of well flow rates at various wellhead pressures.
- Slug catchers (UPOG)– designed to select free gas from oil and gas mixtures and eliminate liquid pulsations.
- Technological block box (BBT) – modular structures equipped with equipment for process control and automation.
- Oil quantity and quality measurement system (SIKN)– provide accurate accounting of extracted raw materials with the possibility of automated data transfer.
- Water measurement system (SIKV) is similar to OMLS, are used to measure and control the water produced and disposed of.
- Oil treatment units (UPN) – are designed to bring oil to marketable condition, including dehydration and desalting processes.
- Mobile oil treatment units (MUPN) – allow oil to be treated directly in the field, providing flexibility when working at remote sites.
- Mobile filtration unit (MFU) – used to clean process fluids from mechanical impurities, which improves oil quality and extends equipment life.
- Automated pipeline heaters – maintain the temperature of transported flows, preventing the formation of paraffins and hydrates and automating the heating process.
All process complexes and units are designed in accordance with modern industry standards, industrial safety requirements, and environmental regulations. Their implementation significantly improves the efficiency of hydrocarbon production and processing, reduces operating costs, and ensures stable and reliable operation even in difficult production conditions.
